When I walk into an apartment for the first time, before thinking about square metres or the asking price, I think about the light that comes in during the morning. I have been doing this for more than ten years, and I still cannot separate business from emotion. Perhaps that is a weakness. I believe it is the only thing that sets me apart.

That is why I only work in the neighbourhoods I fall in love with. Almagro, with its stately buildings and quiet streets that hold a secret kind of elegance that does not need to prove anything. Salamanca, with the solidity of someone who knows exactly who they are. Recoletos, where the city puts on its finest clothes every morning. I do not move beyond those areas because I believe in what I do, and I know that the buyer looking for what I offer knows it too.

And to you, who come from far away, who have chosen Madrid with your head but also with your heart, I want to tell you something that is rarely said in this sector: I design these homes thinking about living in them. Every decision about materials, every finishing detail, every interior design choice is made by asking myself whether I would want to wake up here tomorrow. If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we start again.
